The pages that follow contain scans of some reference material collected over the years.  Some of it is scanned from original documents, some is yet to be scanned, and a lot will come from scans of photocopies.  If you have any original copies of the documents that we are missing, and are willing to scan them in colour for us, or post them to us so we can scan them, we would appreciate hearing from you.
